How I’m feeling

These past few weeks I’ve been feeling the pressure the festive period brings.

Work is fast-paced as we try and wrap things up before the Christmas break. It’s another year of wishing I started my Christmas shopping earlier so I could avoid the crowds. Plus, the gifts all add up to be quite expensive. Every week there is another Christmas party or catch up that challenges my healthy choices.

All in all, I’m feeling more than ready for a few weeks off over Summer to rest and recharge.
